2020 Annual Convention CANCELLED
**DUE TO COVID-19, THE OAL BOARD HAS MADE THE DIFFICULT DECISION TO CANCEL THE 2020 ANNUAL CONVENTION. NO ADDITIONAL CE EVENTS ARE SCHEDULED FOR 2020.
Many doctors are in a situation where up to 32 hours of CE will need to be obtained in 2021. In order to meet the increased need for hours, the OAL will extend the CE hours offered at the 2021 Conferences (Mid-Winter meeting, June Convention, as well as the Fall CE Meeting) provided it is safe to do so at that time, in the COVID environment. The exact number of hours for each meeting have not yet been finalized for each meeting, but we will have those available to our membership ASAP, so you can plan your CE Calendar for the year. Dates for the Mid-Winter Meeting and the Fall CE Conference are yet to be determined. The Annual Convention is scheduled for June 2-6, 2021 at the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge.
